Ordering
Shop
Browse our on-line boutique, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket by clicking on 'buy me' in the matrix next to the relevant product.
Basket
If you have a discount code, enter it into the box on the shopping basket page.
Check out
Once you have made your selection, proceed to check out. You will be asked to enter your details, including e-mail, billing and shipping address. We need to have an e-mail address so that we can contact you if there are any problems.
Payment
You can pay for your order by using the following; Cheque and PayPal. We do not accept American Express. You may enter a different shipping address (e.g. work, or if it is for a gift) from the billing address.
Status
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately we are unable to alter your order once it has been confirmed, and we are unable to cancel it once it has been dispatched. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.

Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. However, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and postage should take an additional one to two days. Dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale product.
For UK delivery orders are sent ”first class recorded signed for” via Royal Mail, so that means someone has to sign for the parcel and it can’t be left behind the hedge! We recommend you use a daytime address e.g. work address.
If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave you a postcard asking you to pick up your parcel from the nearest sorting office.
Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service.

Next Day Special Delivery
To ensure that your order will be shipped via next day delivery, please place your order by 12noon the day before the item is to be delivered. During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.
All special delivery parcels are guaranteed to reach their destination by 1pm the following day. However, orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.
Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday where orders are to be shipped to a business address. This is a UK based service only.
Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.
Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return an item
- You will receive an invoice in your parcel. Please use your invoice and customer order number reference when you return your parcel.
- E-mail us for returns note and then insert your reasons for return with your details enclose it with goods to be returned. Please add postage as required for the items you are returning.
- Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.
We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving your return. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have processed your refund, but it may take a further 5-10 days for the banks to credit your account with the refund.
Don't forget - refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift we can't stop the payer knowing.
